However, with this power comes the responsibility to ensure that the content on our platform is respectful, ethical, and in line with our values as a company.

As a result, we have developed a policy defining the types of content we do not allow on our platform. This includes content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination; content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity; spam or fraudulent content; and content that infringes on intellectual property rights. We believe that these types of content have no place on AVATALK and will not be tolerated.

In addition to our prohibition on certain types of content, we also have age restrictions in place for content that may not be suitable for all audiences. We believe that it is important to protect children and other vulnerable individuals from inappropriate or harmful content, and these age restrictions are in place to ensure that our platform is safe for everyone.

AI-Generated Media: Users are solely responsible for any content generated or published using the platform’s AI tools, including avatars and voice synthesis. This applies equally to User Input and AI-generated Output.

Moderation & Enforcement: AVATALK reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of our standards or applicable laws. Our moderation team reviews reports of violations in a timely manner. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting contact@avatalk.com.
