User Data Deletion

Request deletion of your AVATALK account or connected social data.

This page explains how AVATALK users can request deletion of personal data, including data imported through Facebook or Instagram connectors.

Send your request

Email contact@avatalk.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Use the email address tied to your AVATALK account when possible.

Tell us what to remove

Include whether you want your full AVATALK account deleted, only imported connector data deleted, or a specific Facebook or Instagram connection removed.

We verify ownership

We may ask for enough information to confirm that the account or connected social profile belongs to you before deleting data.

Deletion is completed

After verification, AVATALK deletes or de-identifies eligible account, connector, imported source, and avatar-memory data unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or billing records.

If you only want to disconnect a connector, you can also remove the connection from your AVATALK Connectors page when the connector is available in your account.

Deleting data from AVATALK does not delete content from Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party service. To remove content from those platforms, use the privacy and account tools provided by that service.
